\u2018<\/strong>The Black Sheep\u2019, the Eco-museum\u2019s tasting point opened in 2008, is a cosy place inside a traditional house, a food and wine presidium where it is possible to taste the typical products of the Stura Valley area, especially the Sambucana lamb meat, Eco-museum\u2019s cheeses and cold cuts. The small restaurant is run by the \u2018Germinale\u2019 Community Agricultural Cooperative, which cultivates land in the middle and lower Stura Valley, raises Sambucan sheep and thus adds an important dowel to its activities, bringing the production chain from cultivation and breeding to the plate. <\/p>\n\n\n\nThe osteria is open from Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner by reservation at +39 338 106 8347 (Giulia).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
